reticle rollback is the undo for reticle update. It restores the previous server version and restarts.
No flags.

What it prints

Nothing on the happy path: rollback() replaces the process. A failure logs reticle_rollback_failed with the error message. Telemetry records the move as a version_changed event with direction: "rollback", which is treated as a release-quality alarm rather than a routine version move.
